Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team in a care home setting located in NE12. This is a full-time position offering day or night shifts, with a minimum of three shifts per week and 25+ hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support and personal care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, and mobility
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Work effectively within a team to deliver person-centred care
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a care home is essential
- Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and professional attitude
