Successful applicant would join our Support Office in the Glasgow depot working closely with our engineering staff and clients throughout the UK. As part of a busy working team the range of duties would include but not be limited to:
- Communicating with clients and staff via phone, email & internal systems
- Logging and processing support calls and general office duties
- Scheduling reactive calls by prioritising and communicating between clients and staff
- Working to client protocols and expectations through their own systems
Candidates interested should have previous, relevant office experience, be able to demonstrate effective communication skills via a range of channels, ability to handle pressure, multitask and fit into a group environment. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office would be beneficial.
This will be a challenging but rewarding position for any individual.
