Job Purpose:
The Business Support Administrator is responsible for the administration of our Management Systems and providing support for the wider verification and certification team, both in Lucideon CICS Ltd and Lucideon CICS Ireland Ltd. Due to the nature of the verification and certification reports we complete for clients, it is of the utmost importance that all related administration and supported documentation is of the highest accuracy.
Core accountabilities include:
- Updating master spreadsheets to provide to management.
- Receipt, filing, tracking and follow up of client visit reports and corrective action responses.
- Tracking and reviewing of monthly reports for Client Certification status to ensure timely certificate renewal.
- Updating online systems for issued certificates.
- Liaising between auditors and clients to ensure all order information, updates, results and completed interpretations are sent to clients in a timely manner.
- Organisation of client training courses, including the booking and set up of rooms, preparation of agendas and relevant information.
- General administration support to auditors and verifiers (both employed and sub-contracted) as required.
Key Person Requirements
- Experience of working in an administrative/customer facing role
- Experience of using a range of software packages (MS Office)
- Experience of working under pressure
- GCSE Maths & English, or higher due to the nature of reports
