Heler Foods Packing, a leading cheese packing facility in the UK, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Scheduler to join our Supply Chain team in Minffordd.
Working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (7am – 7pm), you will play a key role in managing daily planning and scheduling to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage daily production and delivery schedules using Excel-based tools.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, transport, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on schedules and priorities.
- Adjust plans in real time to accommodate delays, shortages, or urgent orders.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to confirm availability and timelines.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, or risks and recommend effective solutions.
- Monitor performance and maintain accurate records of planning activities.
- Provide regular updates and structured handovers at the start and end of each shift.
- Previous experience in a supply chain, planning, or coordination role.
- Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise across multiple departments.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, adapting quickly to change.
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team.
