We’re recruiting a degree apprentice in supply chain leadership to support our Operations teams in the South West. MMiD is at the heart of our operations, and a degree apprenticeship in this area will get the chance to experience working in one of the most exciting, fast paced industries – FMCG.

What we can do for you?

 

We are launching this degree apprenticeship opportunity this year, as we believe in the importance of developing young talent to be our future success at Müller. At Müller you receive the highest standard of training supported by our champions in the field.

As a Logistics Degree Apprentice you will be trained through the Supply Chain Leader Degree apprenticeship in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University.

The programme is designed to develop top class skills in logistics, with the individual being fully embedded within our Operations team throughout their training. You’ll gain experience in the entire Supply Chain, which includes Planning, Finance, Health & Safety, Transport & Fleet Compliance, HR, Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics Operations Management. Within these areas, you will work on real projects, and receive tailored training to build strong foundations. In each instance, the programme also incorporates the opportunity to gain an insight into the links and interdependencies with various other departments across the business.

 

The training will commence in October 2025 and will be delivered via a blended approach of distance learning, and 3-5 day block release sessions at Sheffield Hallam University. The remaining time will be spent putting the know-how to practice and good use in the business - all supported and nurtured by workplace mentors and academic coaches.

Degree Qualification: Level 6 Apprenticeship AND a Degree in Supply Chain Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University, which will enable you to develop the skills that will propel your career.

Role Details:

 

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours / week; shift patterns to be agreed but must be flexible. Due to the nature of our work we are a 24/7 operation so there will be an expectation of shift work, nights and weekend.

Location: Predominantly based in the South West, with flexibility to travel across our entire network.

Starting Salary: £25,000

Entry Requirements:

 

A Levels: minimum of 2 A Levels at Grade C or equivalent qualification

Travel: Flexibility to travel to other Müller sites for the purpose of project work or learning activities with expenses covered

UK Driver’s License: Must hold a UK driving license

UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK and not be in any full-time education
