A fantastic opportunity to work within an upmarket, elegant and trendy dessert parlour. We are currently accepting applications for Supervisor/Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day shifts, for our new store in Sheffield.
Full Time Only: 35+ hours per week
Responsibilities
- To contribute to Heavenly Desserts success by providing world class customer service to all of our guests.
- To consistently deliver the Heavenly Desserts Experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
- Meet and greet customers and provide professional table service.
- Work both front and back of house to provide the best quality desserts and beverages.
- Daily Compliance Duties and Checks
- Maintaining and implementing Health and Safety checks on shift and in the Managers absence
- Supervising, Training and Coaching team to a high level
- Cashing Up
- Being the face of the business and Leading by example
- Keyholding Duties- Opening and Closing the store
- Ordering Stock
- Assisting with other management duties as and when required
- Must be available to work between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 am and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from central Sheffield.
This role is very much hands ON!
A minimum of one year restaurant/retail supervisory experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50-£16.00 per hour
