As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing staff performance, managing sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Assist and Manage daily operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication among team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in retail management with the manager to optimise stock availability.
- Implement effective time management strategies to maximise productivity within the team.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and report findings to upper management.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a retail or sales environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and staff alike.

Pay: £12.65-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
