Trevose golf and county club is a well established golf course in Constantine Bay, Cornwall. We are recruiting for a bar/restaurant supervisor to join our team. (min 1 year appointment)
Applicants will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing and motivational personality

Job role as supervisor
- Cashing up
- Train, manage and motivate staff
- Meet and greet customers , organise table reservations and offer advise about the menu and wine choices
- Ordering stock
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and standards throughout the bar and restaurant
- Rotas
