We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist supervising the day to day operations within the centre alongside the Centre Manager and management team.
This is a rewarding but demanding role which requires an individual who can work well under pressure and assist leading the team with a 'hands on' positive attitude. You will need to be flexible as working days will include weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.
Duties include:
- Managing and supervising a team of up to 20 staff
- Working on our reception desk, cafe and floor area and assisting in the kitchen
- Hosting birthday parties and assisting the party team
- Opening and closing of the centre
- Completing daily health and safety checks of the centre and follow company policies

Job Details:
- Salaried role
- 40 hours per week must be fully flexible monday to sunday (you will complete 40 hours across 5 days, including weekends)
- 28 day holiday allowance per year on pro rota basis
We will carry out reference checks upon the hiring process and if you do not already hold one, if successful for the position we may complete a DBS check.
If you do not hold one, we will send you on an EFAW Course and sign you up to complete an online food hygiene course.
