We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to help lead our team at one of our lovely country venues. We are looking for a proactive, passionate and charismatic individual to bring their spark into our team.
- Leading staff: Overseeing the work of other team members and ensuring smooth service
- Maintaining inventory: Ensuring the bar has the necessary supplies
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere: Ensuring customers have a positive experience
- Achieving profitability: Working to meet budget goals
- Helping the team improve their service and skills
- Working closely with management
- Having excellent communication and leadership skills
- Having a strong work ethic
- Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Experience in Bartending
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Extensive culinary and food safety knowledge
- Excellent communication skills for effective staff interaction
- Background in food preparation and cooking
- Experience in food production and kitchen operations
- Ability to maintain high standards of service and hospitality
Hours: 25-40 hours per week
Starte Date: Between 8-15 September
