The Hive Youth Zone is on the lookout for Bank Youth Workers to join us and dive into the excitement of our Holiday Club, cover during half terms, manage bustling periods, and lending a helping hand during sickness and staff holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in a variety of engaging activities during our lively Holiday Club, whilst
- fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our young people, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.
- Be available to cover shifts during staff sickness, holidays, and peak periods, ensuring continuity service delivery.
- Build positive relationships with our young people team to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere within The Hive.
Requirements:
- Collaborate with the team to deliver fun, engaging and safe sessions
- Passion for working with young with youth and creating a positive, inclusive environment.
- Flexibility to work on a casual basis, covering various shifts including half terms, sickness,staff holidays, and busy periods.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the success of The Hive’s mission and values.
- Must be over 18 years old
- Must be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS check and be honest about any disclosures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in youth work is desired.
