SU Advice are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Caseworker to join their dedicated team! You'll play a key role in supporting and empowering University of Essex students, helping them navigate a wide range of challenges they may face during their university journey.
As Caseworker in our SU Advice team, you’ll be the go-to person for students navigating everything from housing headaches to academic appeals. You’ll offer clear, confidential, and down-to-earth support, helping students feel heard, supported and empowered to take their next steps.
