THE ROLE
We are seeking a multifaceted individual to be our Strategic Operations Executive Partner. This unique position blends the strategic oversight of a Sales Operations Executive, the critical administrative support of an Executive Assistant, and the operational efficiency focus of a Business Manager. The successful candidate will enhance sales effectiveness, provide comprehensive support to the senior sales team, and drive initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations .
This role requires a process-oriented, empathetic, highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIE
Sales Operations & Analytics
● Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and improve sales workflows, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and productivity.
● CRM Management: Ensure CRM maps to sales process, making it frictionless for the sales team to maintain data integrity and use the CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot), providing process flows, documentation, training and support to the sales team as needed.
● Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting.
● Sales Enablement: Assist in the development and deployment of sales training materials, playbooks, and resources to support sales team effectiveness.
● Compensation Support: Collaborate with finance and HR on sales incentive programs and commission calculations.
Executive Assistant & Strategic Support for the sales team
● Pitch and Proposal support: Coordinate… write… assemble…
● Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for sales growth.
● Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
● Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Business Management & Operational Efficiency
● Budget Oversight: Assist in monitoring revenue pipeline, including targets, leads, opportunities, and contracts.
● Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes and propose solutions for optimisation.
