Job Title: Stores Team Coordinator
Location: Glascoed
Salary: £36,143 plus 23% shift allowance
What you’ll be doing:
Working a 3-shift pattern
Responsible for the conduct & behaviour of stores operatives
Ensuring magazines are always within licence & compatibility limits
Ensuring that stock records of material are kept up to date (SAP)
Ensuring that corrective reporting is taken in the case of defective or deficient stocks and identifying slow moving stock
Arrange, maintain a stock review system and “re-life” of shelf-life material
Service & maintenance of stores handling equipment, vehicles and buildings including security of stores is maintained
Ensure that cyclical stocktake count is carried out weekly
Check on a regular basis that the vehicle logbooks, building logbooks and temperature & humidity sheets are completed
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Previous experience in a manufacturing stores warehouse role essential
Forklift truck license
Prepared to drive the site heavy goods vehicles – HGV licence desirable (Training will be given)
Able to use and understand SAP software (Training will be given)
Good computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft packages
Desirable:
Experience of working in hazardous areas and understanding licencing limits would be advantageous

A permanent vacancy has arisen to join the Glascoed Stores Team, the role covers a wide spectrum of duties with flexibility & decision-making being key contributors to ensuring production demands are satisfied in a timely manner & our customers goods loaded on time.
