Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Immediate Start Avaialble
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Friday: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Total Weekly Hours: 42.5 (30-minute unpaid break)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing client based in Wednesbury, who is looking for motivated and reliable Steel Order Pickers to join their night shift warehouse team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role with training and development potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare steel products for dispatch
- Check materials for quality and order accuracy
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and packing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Good physical fitness – comfortable with manual handling
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- A dependable, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills
