Contribute to policy implementation and service evaluation to develop services to address rapid advances in imaging technology. 5. Contribute to the formulation of long-term strategic plans and improving patient care through evidence-based practice. 6.
Ensure adherence and propose changes to standards and policies for clinical practice to ensure a coordinated and effective service. This includes infection prevention. 7. To be an active member of the multidisciplinary team advising on onward patient management whilst providing the highest standards of patient care.
8. Be responsible for keeping accurate and timely written and electronic patient records and statistical information. 9. To be proactive in supporting the delivery of trust and national targets.
