Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our spa environment is welcoming, clean, and organised. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests feel comfortable. A friendly disposition and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all spa areas, including changing areas, thermal suite, and spa in general.
- Help mix up rasul treatments, clean rasul area, and help guests with any queries regarding rasul.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Possibility in training to support the front desk team by managing bookings and appointments efficiently.
- Fast paced environment yet keeping a calm and relaxed space for guests.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation of the spa.
- Receptionist: answer calls, emails, book treatments etc.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for wellness and hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hour which includes weekends and holidays as required.
