We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of professional experience in managing and developing social media strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven success working across a wide range of sectors, with particular emphasis on the hospitality industry.
We are recruiting a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target market.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage engaging social media strategies aligned with business goals.
· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
· Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
· Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience feedback to inform future strategies.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
· Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
· Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, initiatives, and announcements through social media channels.
· Create compelling content (posts, stories, videos, and visuals) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
· Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and build strong online communities.
· Track performance metrics and provide regular insights, reports, and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and hospitality staff) to showcase services, promotions, and events.
· Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the hospitality sector.
Essential Requirements
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dedicated social media role.
· Strong background in managing accounts within the hospitality sector.
· Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices (must).
· Strong creative writing, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
· Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills
· Good knowledge, skills, and experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
· Experience with paid social media campaigns and ad management.
· Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
· Tech Savy will be added advantage
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
