LOCATION(S): Harbourside, Bristol
HOURS : Full-time
WORKING PATTERN : Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated social and digital marketing assistant to join the B2B Marketing team. This is a full-time opportunity within the Brand Marketing Experience (BMX) team, delivering standout marketing across social and digital channels.
You’ll need to be highly organised with a sharp eye for detail, a drive for innovation and continuous improvement, and a passion for social and digital marketing. Working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team, you’ll support both organic and paid activity to engage UK businesses and help deliver against our marketing and commercial goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Social channel management of multiple brands and platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Build and schedule all organic and paid content using social media management tools.
- Keep the team organised by booking in all social media requests and responding to team queries
- Supporting the team by designing social assets and resizing images using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Optimise content through performance analysis and regular testing.
- Produce and maintain regular performance reporting.
- Spot trends, experimenting with new formats, and bring fresh thinking to social and digital content.
- Act as a tone of voice and brand guardian for B2B social channels.
- Support the creative delivery of our ATL and conversion campaign marketing across social and programmatic, including media planning, creative development, reporting and attribution.

What you’ll need
- A real passion for social media, with the ability to understand and use multiple social media channels .
- Some experience or exposure to social media and or/marketing (e.g through internships, coursework or previous roles).
- Highly motivated and organised approach with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident communicator and a proactive, can do attitude.
- Problem solving mindset, with curiosity and creativity at the core.
And any experience of these would be really useful
- Copywriting and creative thinking skills
- Previous experience in financial services
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent, and Excel, PowerPoint
