Heat Insulation Ltd have been established since 1989 installing cavity wall and loft insulation to properties.
We are currently looking to build our teams of Insulation Installers due to an increase in enquires and funding from various Councils and Funding Providers. The ideal candidates must be able to drive, problem solve, be comfortable working at heights and would, preferably have experience installing insulation measures and or loft decontamination. However, full training will be given for the right candidate. On occasions you may be asked to work in other areas of the UK and weekends.
We offer:
A training wage of £25600 raising up to £30,000 per year plus bonuses when fully trained. The training wage will increase every 4 weeks.
A three month training plan to include registration on a relevant NVQ and other trade qualifications. All training to be completed within 3 months. Monthly targets to be achieved to enable a raise in training salary rate.
A pension scheme.
20 paid holidays a year plus bank holidays.
