  • Assist with setting up and operating hub spaces for teaching, events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Support users with audio-visual, classroom, and video conferencing resources.
  • Induct students and visitors in using digital resources, supervising access and supporting basic study skills where appropriate.
  • Promote and provide information on employment and skills services, signposting learners to appropriate support.
  • Build strong working relationships with centre occupiers, partners, and off-site support teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support including booking rooms, processing purchase orders, recording chargeable services, and maintaining records.
  • Support employment and skills activities such as events, conferences, projects, and clubs.
  • Carry out routine checks of building and equipment, reporting maintenance issues via relevant systems.
  • Provide flexible cover for colleagues during holidays and sickness.

At the Skills Hub, you will be part of a passionate team committed to helping individuals grow, learn, and succeed. Every day, you will contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
