Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Skilled Labourers to join our team on a self-employed basis. Successful candidates will be involved in supporting the fit-out and finishing of modular buildings. Projects are often located on secure sites, requiring full security clearance prior to access.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a variety of construction and installation tasks as needed on modular building sites.
- Carry out general site labouring, lifting, fitting, and minor finishing works to a high standard.
- Operate hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Read and interpret basic drawings or follow instructions as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation on site.
- Ensure tools and equipment are used and maintained correctly.
- Adhere strictly to on-site safety and security protocols.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Must be registered as Self-employed and registered for CIS.
- In-date CSCS card (mandatory).
- Extensive security clearance must be completed and approved before access to the site, which includes a DBS, where you will be required to disclose all previous convictions.
- Proven experience as a Skilled Labourer, particularly in modular or commercial projects.
- Own PPE, tools, and own reliable transport is a MUST (branded hi-vis will be provided and is required for H&S protocols).
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in the English Language are a MUST.

Pay: £17.50 per hour
