We’re a growing building and maintenance company looking for a skilled, well-rounded tradesperson to join our team. Our jobs range from small maintenance call-outs to full kitchen and bathroom refits. You’ll work independently or alongside our team on a variety of domestic properties, so we’re looking for someone who can see a job through to completion and takes pride in high standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out general maintenance and small repairs (e.g. leak fixes, unit alignments, wall repairs)
- Assist or lead on kitchen, bathroom, flooring and finishing jobs
- Problem solve and improvise to get things finished to a good standard
- Work independently from worksheets and updates via WhatsApp
- Submit before/after photos and a short video update at the end of the job/day
- Communicate clearly with the team via WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and Monzo (for materials)
What We’re Looking For:
- Confidence across multiple trades: joinery, basic plumbing, painting/decorating, tiling, and general handyman skills
- Someone naturally focused on finishing and attention to detail — not someone who overcomplicates jobs
- Able to follow a brief and think for themselves when required
- Comfortable working solo or mentoring less experienced staff
- Full UK driving licence required
- Trustworthy, organised, and reliable
- Experience in fast-paced reactive maintenance roles
- Familiarity with domestic renovation jobs in Glasgow homes

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
