We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across our facility. This is a key role in ensuring our operations remain compliant, efficient, and audit-ready.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain top-tier hygiene and housekeeping standards across our facility
- Follow strict cleaning schedules and safety protocols (BRC, HACCP, COSHH)
- Keep warehouse areas spotless and audit-ready
- Manage recyclable waste streams and support deep cleaning operations
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment for all
What You’ll Bring:
- A high level of self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Knowledge of chemical control and stock rotation
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or hygiene-related role (desirable)
- Awareness of health and safety practices and procedures
