Site Cleaner
Location: Dudley
Pay rate: £12.22 per hour
Contact: Part-time, Casual
Hours: Between 7:30am – 10pm (events, weekends, evenings, and school holidays included)
The Black Country Living Museum is seeking an enthusiastic Site Cleaner to join the team. No two days are the same for our cleaning team, they are key to ensuring guests can transcend into the museums past by maintaining a clean and safe environment. We’re looking for someone with a passion for cleaning who is looking for a truly unique environment to work in.
What will you be doing?
- Ensuring all areas of the museum are kept clean and tidy.
- Responding to urgent cleaning duties as directed by management.
- Carrying out basic responsive maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, light bulb replacement, toilet blockages, coal replenishment, and other minor maintenance tasks.
- Assisting with corporate events.
- Routinely checking stock levels.
- Interacting with customers in a respectful and friendly manner.
