About the Role
As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of staff and customers at licensed venues, events, and other locations. Duties include:
✅ Monitoring entry and exit points
✅ Conducting respectful and professional security checks
✅ Managing crowd control and preventing incidents
✅ Diffusing conflicts calmly and professionally
✅ Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
✔ Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
✔ Excellent communication and conflict management skills
✔ Professional appearance and attitude
✔ Reliability and punctuality
✔ Ability to remain calm under pressure
