As a Chef & Brewer Team Leader you should be friendly, authentic and passionate, as will need to use your natural confidence and leadership to develop an outstanding team that truly cares about the guest experience they deliver as well as driving sales and ensuring operational excellence. You will be joining Greene King, with nearly 200 years of brewing experience - pubs are in our DNA. As a part of the largest Brewery & Pub Company, you'll have many opportunities to progress, and we'll support you every step of the way.

About the role

Our team are well established and friendly, the site has an excellent reputation with our guest's and we desire an experienced team leader who will drive the Crown further into growth, demonstrating great leadership within the team and allowing them the tools to do there role well.
