Bar Boulevard is seeking a highly motivated Door Supervisor to join our team!
As a Door Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manning the entrance to Bar Boulevard
* Conducting regular patrols of the premises
* Adhering to Bar Boulevard's licensing conditions
* Working closely with local Pub Watch schemes to prevent barred individuals from entering
* Diffusing potential conflicts and maintaining a peaceful environment * Providing first aid when necessary
* Ensuring the well-being of customers and promoting a positive atmosphere
* Adhering to the Ask for Angela scheme to support customers who may feel unsafe
* Understanding and complying with Martyn's Law regarding terrorism prevention
Qualifications and Skills:
* Current SIA Door Supervisor license is essential
* First aid certification (mandatory)
* Fluency in English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
