Melbourn Flooring and Interiors Ltd is a prominent flooring retailer located at Philimore Garden Centre. Our spacious showroom showcases a diverse range of flooring samples, allowing customers to find the perfect fit for their homes. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we operate five days a week, 9am to 5pm .
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers in selecting flooring options and provide expert advice on products and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the showroom to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Manage inventory and ensure samples are properly displayed and available.
- Process customer transactions and handle inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Prior retail experience is preferred, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and maintaining inventory.
- A passion for interior design and flooring trends is a plus.
- Basic Computer Skills

Pay: £12.60-£15.00 per hour
