Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist guests with menu selections, including upselling specials and promotions.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, responding to requests or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction and teamwork.
- A proactive approach to upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
