Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. To work a minimum of 16-30 hours/week in our Carmarthen Retail Outlet. It will involve working Weekends. Must be available to cover holidays and sickness. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Minimum Wage is applicable to the applicants age.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their enquiries and purchases.
- Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Process transactions accurately at the till and handle cash responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
