We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks - EE Group in Belfast. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth store operations while fostering a positive environment for both customers and team members. Your leadership will help us maintain our high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- Train new staff on company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
- Implement company policies while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a management role within a quick-service or fast-food environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
