Responsibilities

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication
- Support the team with clerical duties
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for team members
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficiency in computerised systems and software, particularly Google Suite and Scheduling Software
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
