We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Session Leader to join our specialist team delivering Short Breaks across our school-based settings in Ealing and Harrow, supporting children and young people aged 5–17 with learning disabilities, on the autism spectrum autism, and complex needs.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver engaging sessions for children and young people in our offsite weekend, after-school, and holiday clubs.
- Lead a small team of support staff during each session, ensuring high standards of safety and wellbeing.
- Promote Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and implement individual support plans.
- Organise activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, sensory play, sports, and life skills development.
- Ensure safeguarding and health and safety procedures are always followed.
- Communicate with parents, carers, and professionals and ensure digital records are updated.
- Cover other Harrow and Ealing sites.
Who We’re Looking For

You should have:
- At least 3 years’ experience working with children or young people in childcare, education, or youth work.
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs.
- A Level 3 qualification in childcare, youth work, or a related field.
- A current Level 2 safeguarding certificate and Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to update).
- Confident team leadership and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and early evenings.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
