Storth Ltd are a long established manufacturing company based Nr Carnforth,Lancashire. We manufacture Agricultural machinery for the management of Slurry Systems.
We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised,self-motivated individual to join our team as a Service and Installation coordinator.
This role will involve organising engineers to visit farms to install new machinery as well as repairing and servicing existing machinery on farm, providing a top class customer service to all our customers. This is a fast paced role which requires a well organised individual.
Role Overview:
- Plan and co-ordinate installations of new equipment across the U.K
- Organise engineers to visit Service and repair jobs efficiently
- Deal with any warranty issues which may arise
Key Responsibilities
- Providing an efficient service
- Ensuring all repairs are dealt with in a timely manner
- Ensuring all installations are carried out to the highest standards and that the customer is happy
- Paperwork must be completed in detail
- Dealing with any warranty issues, documenting them accordingly.
- Organising equipment for service and repair jobs for engineers
- Liaising with other in house departments regarding any warranty issues

- Excellent Telephone manner
- Organised with Paperwork
- Efficient in dealing with customers
- Having the ability to change plans to suit the demands of the customer
- The ability to understand the needs and pressures of Farmers
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Technical knowledge an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Salary dependant on experience
- 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays
- Long service holiday scheme
- 42.5 hours per week
- Monday – Thursday 8am – 5.30pm Friday 8am – 3pm
