Service Driver (Portable Toilets & Welfare Units )
Responsible for servicing customers’ portable welfare units & restrooms on an assigned route. Our drivers are responsible for their own routes and completion of workloads each day with support form our central scheduling team each day is different.
we are looking for enthusiastic drivers who can organise routes and overcome daily challenges whilst being focused on customer service & representing the business to a high level.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Operates truck in a safe manner in compliance with all UK regulations and company policies.
- Provides services to customers’ portable restroom unit on assigned route(s) by pumping, washing, and restocking units.
- Provides minor repairs to units on route and at facility.
- Maintains and updates route sheets.
- Conducts pre-trip/post trip inspections and complete logs.
- Maintains and updates drivers log sheets.
- Professional interaction with internal and external customers.
- Maintain a clean truck.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to read and understand a map / Navigation system
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including lifting, pushing, pulling and climbing).
- General knowledge of mechanics of trucks.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends if required ( occasional ) .
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Waste industry experience, a plus.
- Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department, or line of business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
- Must have at least a valid driver’s license.
- Must not have any license suspensions within the last 2 years.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.
- Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, traffic signs, signals, and safety training.
