Service Adoption Executive
Reports to: Senior Service Adoption Executive
Job Summary:
Were looking for a motivated and client-centric Service Adoption Executive to join our Service Adoption team. This role is key to ensuring our clients are fully supported on-site and actively engaging with our service offerings. Reporting to the Senior Service Adoption Executive, youll work directly with clients to promote service usage, support new service rollouts, and provide valuable feedback to help shape our customer success strategy. This role is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients on-site to promote and drive adoption of key service lines.
- Support the rollout and implementation of new services, ensuring clients understand and utilise them effectively.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Monitor service usage and client engagement, reporting insights and trends to the Senior Service Adoption Executive.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams to inform service improvements and strategy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with client goals and consistent service delivery.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing environments.
- Experience working with data and analytics to inform decisions and track performance.
- Ability to resolve client issues and manage expectations effectively.
- Passionate about customer success and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working independently on-site and as part of a wider team.
- Experience in service delivery, client engagement, or account support is a plus.
