Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter/ Waitress / Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that food and beverages are delivered promptly and efficiently to our guests, enhancing their dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen understanding of food safety standards.
Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet the restaurant's quality standards before serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
