We are an independent cocktail bar that opens for brunch and lunch at the weekends and in the near future the weekdays too. We are looking for someone who can make amazing coffee but can also offer great levels of service. So an amazing people first personality is a must.
We will be able to train you on how to open the venue, prepare basic food items and also how to make our brunch cocktails. All we need to a great personality and someone who wants to grow with out business.
In return we offer a standard hourly rate, with service charge on top of that. So it really is the motor you sell the more you earn. We also added a weekly sales bonus where we will add to your hourly pay if we meet our sales target. As well as a monthly sales target on top of that. So there really is an opportunity to earn an industry leading wage or at least above London Living wage.
