The Bar: Sidney & Eden is a late-night craft beer bar on Gloucester Road. We offer 20 taps of the best local, national and international craft beers & ciders, as well as cocktails, coffee & more. We also host events in our downstairs event space, including cinema screenings, stand-up comedy, and spoken word, etc.
You: Excellent customer service is a must; customers having a great time is the priority as we want them coming back! A good knowledge of craft beer is appreciated, but not necessary as long as you're eager to learn. Cocktail experience is essential as is experience of as fast-paced bar.
The Role: Alongside main tasks like serving beers & cocktails, collecting glasses, wiping down tables between settings, and providing recommendations to customers, there's also maintaining the cleanliness of the bar, and occasionally opening/closing. Closing experience is appreciated!
