Duties
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages promptly
- Providing excellent guest service throughout the dining experience
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upselling menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience
Skills
- Experience in guest services within a restaurant setting
- Basic knowledge of culinary and kitchen operations
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively
- Ability to perform basic maths for order processing
- Upselling skills to promote additional menu items
- Hospitality mindset with a willingness to help guests and team members
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
