Responsibilities

- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of culinary terms and food safety practices.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
