About the Role:
- Flexible rota with full-time hours
- Mixture of shifts starting from 6:30 am
- Typical shifts: 6:30 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 9 pm, or 10 am – 6 pm
- Serve customers with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment
- Work as part of a supportive team to create a great guest experience
- Opportunity to learn more about Scottish food culture and hospitality
- Competitive pay in line with (or above) National Minimum/Living Wage
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous waiting experience is essential
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
