We are a South Indian restaurant serving authentic Kerala cuisine. We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waitress to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve dishes and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
- Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
- Handle payments (cash and card).
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and tables.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress/waiter preferred but not essential (training provided).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak Malayalam and Tamil (Not mandatory).
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
