Summary
We are seeking a confident and dedicated Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Vermilion. Located in a vibrant setting, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while showcasing our exquisite menu offerings.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Be approachable to guests to explain our menus professionally.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
- Focus on representing a high-end establishment.
- Hold excellent communication skills to understand customers, manage their expectations and ensure their experience is fantastic.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Strong capability of learning menus and focussing on customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be well presented, charismatic and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to multi-task and work as part of a larger team.
