The Role
- Position: Full-time Waiter/Waitress
- Location: Roath, Cardiff
- Hours: Full-time hours including evenings and weekends
Essential Requirements
- Previous waiting experience required - you must be comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small, dedicated team
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous but not essential)
- Food Hygiene/Health & Safety certification
- First Aid qualification
- Personal Alcohol License
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine
- Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean restaurants

- Taking orders and serving food and beverages

- Ensuring tables are properly set and maintained
- Processing payments and handling cash
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
