Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
- Keep the dining area clean, organised, and presentable.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferable.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change to customers.
