Ong Lai Kopitiam is a modern Malaysian-style kopitiam bringing the vibrant flavors and warm hospitality of Malaysia to the heart of Canary Wharf. Our menu features a delicious selection of rice and noodle dishes, small plates, and desserts.
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as waiters and waitresses.
Your Role:
Provide exceptional service, creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests.
Take orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen team.
Serve food and beverages with efficiency and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Share knowledge about our menu and assist guests with their choices.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly and professional attitude with a passion for great customer service.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidates.
Interest in Malaysian cuisine and culture is a bonus!
