As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their visit.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating basic culinary skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members alike.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
