Summary
We are looking for an experienced waiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for up keeping our welcoming, friendly and efficient service, while ensuring their that dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Meet & greet guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest preferences are met.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, responding promptly to requests or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for food and customer service is essential.
